Alumacraft boats feature:

One piece hull
Our hull is made from a single piece of aluminum which is cut and shaped to form the hull. This one piece design assures there are no seams on the boat's bottom—providing the greatest possible inherent strength and no heaving.

2XB Hull
Twin aluminum plates run the entire length of the boat bottom giving the hull exceptional strength. The 2XB is standard on the Trophy Series, Tournament Pro Series, and select models of Magnum and Navigator Series.

Center Keel
One-piece extruded hardened keel adds strength and integrity from the top of the bow to stern. Preformed to match the profile curve of the bow assuring no stress on rivets. The one-piece keel, reinforced with 1/4" solid aluminum at wear points, runs the entire length of the boat. This greatly improves boat control on windy days and reduces weathervaning—allowing you to stay on fish longer.

Larger aircraft grade rivets
Inherent strength is greater with larger rivets. Larger rivets mean stronger rivets. Stronger rivets mean fewer rivets needed. Fewer rivets mean fewer holes and significantly lower chance of popping rivets.

Concave Spray Rail
Large Reverse Dispersal Wave Action Spray Rails make for drier rides. These concave spray rails are engineered to deflect the spray downward. In addition, they provide lift and stability. This feature provides a noticeably drier ride in rough water.

Highest quality paint
Our boats are painted in the same base coat/clear coat process and colors used by the big three auto makers. The beauty of this process is it allows for repairing small scratches and areas of dock rash without repainting your entire boat. Matching touch up paint can be found at more than 4000 outlets.

Thicker hatch doors
Thicker hatch doors mean bigger hatch doors. By using .125 thick aluminum rather than .090 like our competitors, we can put bigger doors on our floor and deck hatches. That makes it a whole lot easier to get tackle boxes, life jackets and clothing in and out of all the storage areas.

High Quality hardware pulls
Alumacraft uses the highest quality hardware on the market. Chromed metal hardware is strong, durable and easy to grab and open, even with gloves on. Compare some of the hardware on other boats and you'll be surprised.

Marine Plywood
It costs more to use marine-grade plywood in the construction of floors and decks. It's not something you would notice unless you looked or asked. But with the affects of time, water and sun, anything but marine grade plywood will not hold up.

The Alumacraft Ride
Our pros named it the Alumacraft Ride. These guys have driven or ridden in virtually every boat on the market. They tell us the Alumacraft Ride is drier, quieter, smoother and more responsive. The exceptional ride of an Alumacraft with the outstanding performance of a powerful Evinrude outboard— it doesn’t get any better than this.
